Claude Skills Terms of Service

By accessing ClaudeSkills or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

ClaudeSkills may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a ClaudeSkills account or publish content to the MCP Hub.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may explore, fork, and deploy official Claude Skills, community submissions, and MCP servers made available through the hub.

When publishing your own content, you represent that you have the right to share the code and any associated assets, and that the content does not infringe the rights of others.

Do not use ClaudeSkills to generate or distribute malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with platform safeguards, rate limits, or monitoring systems.

Respect the privacy of other users and avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless contractual controls are in place.

ClaudeSkills retains all rights to its platform, documentation, and branding. We provide you a limited, revocable license to access and use the site.

Content shared by the community remains the property of the original authors. Licensing terms are included within each repository or skill description.

We strive to keep ClaudeSkills available 24/7, but outages or scheduled maintenance may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Certain features—such as premium skill execution environments or telemetry—may be limited to specific plan types.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse ClaudeSkills resources.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@claudeskills.ai. Account removal will disconnect ClaudeSkills from linked integrations.

ClaudeSkills is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law principles.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, unless you reside in a jurisdiction that requires a different venue.
